OUR PHILOSOPHY
The highest mountain you will ever conquer is the mountain of the self.
When we started to develop our philosophy, one of our main goals was to transform peoples’ lifestyles and raise awareness of the value of self-prosperity.
This required a moon-shot approach; we needed to step back and identify the reciprocal relationships on the individual level that contribute most in establishing a sustainable and resilient approach to humanity.
We live in a world where the system as a whole is not capable of catering to our individual needs; we are placed in boxes alongside other people that resemble us, yet they can never be us.
Most of our societal constructs date all the way back to the Roman Empire and carry a set of deductive arguments for ethical and moral principles that displace the intrinsic value of the self.
Having said that, by looking back you can sometimes see the future. This is why we have strived to keep our offer as simple and as natural as possible by choosing to focus on Olympic-style Weightlifting (one of the first competitive sports in history), Yoga (the ancient way to reconnect mind, body and spirit) and Rucking (which was used by the Roman Legions to train their men to battle-ready fitness levels.)
With a background of futurology, sport science, strategy and communication, and being lovers of history, we continue on this journey. We are not trying to change the world; we believe that the world is perfect as is, but rather change ourselves. The change we experienced on this journey led us to develop the narrative of The Functional Ecology of the Self.
At its core, our philosophy is very simple, if you Think Well, Eat Well, Move Well, you have control of the fundamental building blocks of the self.

The mind is the starting point of every great endeavor humanity has ever achieved. Mental dexterity is key to one’s ability to an envision a desired future, understand the different elements required for success, and implement a successful execution/outcome.
Our ability to imagine the future and simulate the various implementations of that future starts in our mind.
There is no single definition of happiness. We are all individuals. With almost 8 billion people on the planet there are almost 8 billion versions of happiness.
We can’t give you the answer to what makes you happy, but we can help you design a mental path which will lead you to your own life-changing horizon, put things in the right context, not push or lead you, but walk side by side, supporting you every step of the way.
If you can imagine your desired future self, we can collaborate with you to bring impact to your thoughts and build the right execution programs. It only takes 21 days to embed a new habit which can utterly transform your everyday life.
We can also recommend inspirational books, documentaries and courses designed to help you THINK WELL.
We provide you with the knowledge, insights, recipes and food that will help you to become the person you want to be in the life you wish to live.

While there is a generic model for the correct intake of nutrients and calories for humans, it fails to take into account the environmental and physical factors that make us individuals.
Our balanced and thoughtful approach to EAT WELL will ensure that your nutritional foundation supports cell health and the development of a resilient microbiome, which in turn supports hormonal balance and mental health.
Your personal nutrition plan for wellbeing starts here, today. Together we will help you to ‘eat yourself well’. We do this in several steps.
We are designed to move. Movement is what fosters the connection we have with our bodies. From cells to joints, bones and muscles, movement is what helps our bodies to enhance metabolism, balance our hormonal changes, boost our ability to fight infections, give us energy and increase our sex drive.
We believe that movement is a major factor in both emotional and physical stamina, which is what pushes us forward as a species, enabling us to run faster, climb higher, lift heavier and be more than we believe ourselves to be, over and over again.
Movement as a lifestyle should not be confused with gym membership, HIIT intervals, deadlifts or CrossFit.
It’s a commitment to yourself and those around you, it’s an addiction and a promise that no matter what your fitness goals are, you will never give up and you will always push yourself further.
Our approach to MOVE WELL is simple: we focus on your current abilities and your desired capabilities. Professional or beginner, we carefully design your program according to your physical needs and help you pave the path toward achieving your personal goals.
It doesn’t matter if you want to lose weight, improve your general fitness level, complete an endurance event or compete in Olympic-level weightlifting; we work with you, monitor you, and mentor you all the way to the top.
IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIES
“In every day, there are 1,440 minutes. That means we have 1,440 daily opportunities to make a positive impact.” — Les Brown
